If any part of the order is damaged, the purchaser must have freight carrier acknowledge the damage on the freight receipt. Call your customer service representative to report the damages. |

| Backorders
All backorders less than $25.00 and more than 30 days old will be cancelled Products Ordered in Error
• Subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Please call your sales representative for an R/A (return authorization) number and form
• No return accepted without Return Authorization Form
• Freight charges are the responsibility of Buyer When returning merchandise, please follow these guidelines:
• Product should be in its original packaging
• Product should be in 100% re-salable condition (clean, not shelf worn, no price stickers, marks, etc)
• Return product within 10 days of the date the RA (return authorization) was issued Products Shipped in Error
• Advise Supply Side of products received in error
• Call tags will be issued within 5 days
• Return freight charges will be paid by Supply Side |
